Support for macOS Big Sur and
M1 Chip

For EQ8 Owners
Apple released macOS 11 (Big Sur) on November
12, 2020. There may be compatibility issues with EQ8 and this new operating
system. EQ are currently testing.
If necessary, they will release a free EQ8
update for Big Sur users and will announce it in their monthly newsletter
when it's available.
If you're not subscribed to EQ's Newsletter
email list, you should subscribe via their web site.
EQ8 does not currently support Macs with
Apple Silicon processors like the M1 chip. They are currently looking into
supporting these new devices.
All updates to EQ8 are free and posted on
their web site
Note: Any time you download EQ8 from your
EQ Account, you are getting the most up-to-date version available for whichever
operating system you use.
