Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web pages select the order button 
at the foot of the page and complete an order form. 
You can add fabrics from other ranges by quoting fabric numbers and colours etc. 
on the 'special instructions' box at the foot of each 
order form. All our order forms are secure and encrypted - see below.

We accept Visa, Mastercard ONLY - we do not add any service charge to your purchase, 
The Price you see on the site is the price you pay
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. 
Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. 
You may send your credit card information via telephone (we suggest you use land lines only for security purposes)
or via a secure encrypted order form from our web site.

Shipping And Handling
Orders within the UK are mailed by first class post at cost to us + VAT. 
Orders for residents  within the European Community are charged on a similar 
basis at 'Air Mail - Large Letter/Small Parcel' rates of postage + VAT
Orders to countries in Europe but outside the EC and all 'Rest of the World' residents 
will just be charged standard 'Large Letter or Small Parcel Rate - International Air Mail' rates 
No VAT.  
Books and Magazines which will be sent at 'Large Letter or Small Parcel rates'

Delivery Schedule 
We aim to deliver your order by return of post where possible. Orders will be acknowledged by email
within 3/4 days unless we are away at a show. If you have not heard from us within 
14 days we suggest you contact us by telephone to check the status of your order

Back Orders 
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you if you let us know.

Tax Charges
All UK and EEC residents are charged at our published web site prices which include UK Vat at 20% - 
except Magazines and Books which are Zero Rated
Rest of the World residents and Non EEC European Residents - 
we will deduct VAT from the published price before charging your payment card

Credit Card Security 
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our order system over the Internet. 
When entering your credit card details you will be transferred to a 
secure server at Genesis-ds.com (our web hosting service) - where they will be encrypted. 
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. 
They are not held in clear text on any web site or held on our computers.
Our site is scanned for security breaches  every 3 months by Security Metrics 
who liaise with our Card Services Provider -  Global Payments LLc
regarding the current industry requirements. Our card terminals are also PCI compliant.
